Our Mission Statement
Central Federal will provide affordable residential, commercial and consumer lending programs to meet the borrowing needs of our customers. We will provide daily and long term deposit products and services to meet the customer’s investment goals.

Central Federal was founded in 1952 to provide home loans in Phelps County, Missouri. We have grown over the years and now service a 6 county area. We are governed by a seven person Board of Directors elected from our members. Central Federal is located at 210 West 10th Street in Downtown Rolla, Missouri 65401. President William A. Stoltz said, “Although we began in 1952 to serve the area home loan and deposit needs, we continue to make the necessary changes to be a full service banking institution.
Central Federal Bancshares, Inc. Profile:
Central Federal Bancshares, Inc is a stock bank holding company organized in January 2016 and is incorporated in the State of Missouri. The company owns 100% of the stock of Central Federal.
Central Federal is a federal banking corporation located at 210 W. 10th St., in downtown Rolla, Missouri. We have 1 full service office at this location which services a 6 county area. Central Federal was founded in 1952 to provide home loans in Phelps County, Missouri. We continue to make the necessary changes to be competitive with our services and products while providing excellent service to our customers. Profits are used to enhance services, deepen our above average reserves, and give back to the community.
Central Federal Community Foundation:
The Central Federal Community Foundation was established by Central Federal Bancshares Inc., the holding company for Central Federal and its shareholders as part of the Bank’s 2016 stock conversion. The Foundation was created to provide funding and support for charitable causes and organizations in the community we serve. We support many organizations in our community monetarily and our associates give of their time in volunteering many hours.
